Please do not ship returns before obtaining an RMA number — packages received without a valid RMA may not be processed.

Initiation Requirements

• Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service team before sending anything back.
• Include your order number, name, items being returned, and reason for return (optional but helpful).

Return Conditions

• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
• Products must be unopened and unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer pays return shipping unless the company made an error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
• A valid RMA number must be included with your return.

Refunds

• Processing occurs after inspection of returned items.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 30 days.
• If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your card issuer first, then reach out to our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products — including serums, oils, gels, creams, treatments and toners — cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
