How it actually started.
In 2023, Léa Marchetti — a French clinical nutritionist with eight years inside a pharmacy chain in Lyon — moved across the Atlantic for love, a Floridian husband and a notebook full of European supplement formulas. What she found on American shelves surprised her. "Proprietary blend." "Beauty matrix." "Exclusive complex." Labels that said everything and nothing. The actual milligrams that did the work were almost never printed.
That same year, at a coffee shop on Lido Key, she met Daniela Souza — a Brazilian marine biologist who'd spent five years researching wild-caught collagen sourcing for a Norwegian R&D group.
